CWJC may be the answer you've been looking for.
CWJC is a life-skills and career development program. Each woman is encouraged to set achievable goals, working closely with a mentor. She dedicates herself to meeting all of the program guidelines as she travels the road from dependency to self-sufficiency within her culture. And then we celebrate!
Weekly class instruction is held covering the following topics:
Life-Skills Topics
Responsibility, Positive Attitude, Building Relationships,Time & Money Management, Parenting Skills
Professional Skills Topics Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), Improved Communication, Dressing with confidence, Office and Phone Etiquette, Resume development and Job Search
And all of this is centered around regular Bible Study and Pray Groups
Any woman 18 years or older and clean/sober for at least 30 days is eligible through the CWJC ministry.
